SPDR MSCI All Country World ETF is a passively managed equity fund that primarily holds stocks of companies across both developed and emerging market countries worldwide to replicate the coverage of the MSCI All Country World universe; to do that efficiently it builds a representative portfolio using an optimization process (so it typically holds only a subset of the index constituents and, occasionally, may include securities not in the index) while aiming to mirror the index’s overall country and sector exposures.
