The fund aims to deliver the total return performance of the Bloomberg Commodity Index by replicating synthetically the index performance through investing in a swap. The fund is passively managed and targets to over-collateralize its exposure to the swap counterparty by 105%.

The fund is exposed to a well-diversified range of sectors including energy, agriculture, precious metals, industrial metals, and livestock through the Bloomberg Commodity Index. The index caps and floors the exposure of any one commodity, resulting in a balanced index weighting.

Investors should be aware that the fund may experience high fluctuations in value as it delivers the return of a broadly diversified commodity index. Additionally, the fund is subject to credit risk from the swap counterparty, and losses could occur if the counterparty defaults. Sustainability risks are not systematically integrated into the index selection process, and the fund's assets are passively managed, making the net asset value dependent on underlying investments.
