The fund aims to deliver the net total return performance of the S&P 500 Index, which is a free float-adjusted market capitalization-weighted index that captures 75% coverage of U.S. equities.

The fund is passively managed and replicates synthetically the index performance by investing in a swap. The swap counterparty transfers collateral in the form of G10 government bonds, supranational bonds, and cash. The fund is exposed to sectors such as Information Technology, Financials, Health Care, Consumer Discretionary, and Communication Services.

Investors should be aware that the fund delivers the return of a broadly diversified equity index and may be subject to high fluctuations in value. Additionally, the returns payable on the fund are dependent on payments received from the swap counterparty, exposing the fund to credit risk.
