The fund aims to replicate the price and return performance of the Bloomberg Emerging Markets USD Sovereign & Agency 3% Country Capped Index net of fees by investing in Emerging Markets Bonds.

The fund is passively managed and invests in fixed and floating-rate USD-denominated debt issued by sovereign and agency EM issuers. Corporate issues are not eligible, and country weights are capped at 3% of total amount outstanding of all eligible issues.

Investors should be aware that this fund invests in government bonds, which may be subject to high fluctuations in value. Additionally, all investments are subject to market fluctuations, and specific risks associated with the fund can increase under unusual market conditions. Sustainability risks are not considered as part of the index selection process, and losses that could be avoided via active management will not be offset.
