Vanguard ESG Developed Asia Pacific All Cap UCITS ETF USD Income

The fund aims to passively track the performance of the FTSE Developed Asia Pacific All Cap Choice Index by investing in all constituent securities of the Index in the same proportion as the Index, promoting environmental and social characteristics by excluding certain companies based on their impact on society and the environment.

The fund is exposed to large-, mid-, and small-cap stocks of companies located in developed markets of the Asia Pacific region, including Japan. It follows a market-capitalisation-weighted index and excludes companies engaged in activities related to vice products, non-renewable energy, weapons, and controversies.

Investors should be aware that movements in currency exchange rates can affect the return of investments, and the use of derivatives in the fund could increase or reduce exposure to underlying assets, resulting in greater fluctuations of the Fund's net asset value. Additionally, the Fund may engage in short term secured lending of its investments to generate additional income, which may involve receiving collateral that does not meet the ESG criteria.
