WisdomTree BTP 10Y 3x Daily Leveraged is designed to provide investors with triple the daily performance of Italian long-term government bonds. It achieves this by holding a portfolio of front-month Long-Term Euro-BTP futures contracts, which represent Italian government bonds with maturities between 8.5 and 11 years traded on the EUREX exchange. The fund regularly updates its holdings each quarter, rolling over to the next front-month contract to maintain its leveraged exposure. This structure allows investors to amplify their gains or losses based on the daily movements of the Italian long-term bond market.
