WisdomTree EURO STOXX 50 5x Daily Short aims to deliver five times the opposite of the daily performance of the EURO STOXX 50 index. It does this by holding a portfolio of short positions that are leveraged to amplify movements in the EURO STOXX 50. For example, if the EURO STOXX 50 index drops by 1% in a day, the fund is designed to rise by about 5%, and if the index rises by 1%, the fund is expected to fall by approximately 5%.
