WisdomTree WTI Crude Oil 1x Daily Short is an exchange-traded commodity fund that provides investors with inverse exposure to West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude oil prices. The fund achieves this by holding short positions in the second front-month WTI crude oil futures contracts, which are continuously rolled over each month on a predetermined schedule. By doing so, the fund aims to deliver the opposite daily performance of the Bloomberg WTI Crude Oil SL Excess Return Index, allowing investors to benefit from declines in WTI crude oil prices.
