The Xtrackers II USD Emerging Markets Bd ETF invests in a diverse range of U.S. dollar-denominated government and government-related bonds from emerging market countries. The portfolio includes both investment-grade and high-yield bonds with maturities of at least two years, ensuring coverage across the entire yield curve. It selects bonds that are rated C or higher and have a minimum outstanding amount of one billion USD, while limiting any single country's exposure to a maximum of 25 billion USD. This strategy provides broad exposure to sovereign and quasi-sovereign debt from various emerging economies.
