The abrdn Asia Pacific Dynamic Dividend Fund primarily invests in stocks and equity-related securities of companies based in or significantly involved with Asia Pacific countries, excluding Japan. At least 70% of its portfolio is dedicated to these regional equities, while up to 20% can be allocated to Mainland China stocks through the Shanghai-Hong Kong and Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect programs. The fund focuses on generating income and long-term growth by holding the majority of its investments for the long term and allocating a smaller portion to short-term positions to capture regular and special dividends.
