Aditum Investment Funds - Short Term Liquid Securities Fund A GBP Acc

Objective: The main investment objective of the actively managed Aditum Investment Funds –Short Term Liquid Securities Fund GBP is to provide liquidity and an attractive risk-adjusted rate of income relative to short-term interest rates, to the extent consistent with the preservation of capital. Actively managed means that the fund manager has full decision-making power over the composition of the portfolio of assets of the Sub-Fund. Policy: The Sub-Fund will seek to achieve its objective by investing in high quality, short-term fixed income securities and money market instruments, including government, quasi government and corporates issued instruments primarily denominated in GBP or hedged back to GBP, including but not limited to bank certificate of deposits, commercial paper, corporate and sovereign variable and fixed rate bonds and floating rate notes.The Sub-Fund may use foreign exchange swaps and interest rate swaps for hedging purposes. In principle, investors may request the redemption of shares from FundRock Management Company S.A. on each valuation day. However, the Management Company may suspend the redemption of units if it appears necessary to do so under extraordinary circumstances, in consideration of the interests of investors. Benchmark: The Sub-Fund is managed without reference to any benchmark. Other information: The Fund's base currency is GBP. All income received will be accumulated. Recommendation: The Fund may not be appropriate for investors who plan to withdraw their money within 5 years. The investment in the fund should only be made with a correspondingly longer-term investment horizon. With a shorter investment, the risk of losses increases, in particular due to price fluctuations.
