AI Stewardship International Equity Fund UK Fund of Fund Acc Units

The fund aims to grow investments and provide an average annual net return greater than the MSCI® World NDR Total Return GBP Index over a rolling 5 year period through investment in shares of global companies. Additionally, the fund seeks to make investments with an overall positive alignment to the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

At least 85% of the fund will be invested in shares of global companies, including emerging markets. The fund may also invest in other funds, derivatives, cash, and deposits. The investment manager has the discretion to build a diverse portfolio of companies of any size, at any stage of the business cycle, and across different industry sectors with an emphasis on risk management. The fund's sustainable aims are delivered through a three-layered approach consisting of investment selection, stewardship, and measurement.

The fund's performance is measured against the MSCI® World NDR Total Return GBP Index, with an expected average yearly tracking error of between 2% and 6%. Investors should be aware that due to specific exclusions, the Index may not accurately represent all companies available to the fund. Additionally, the fund may not be appropriate for investors planning to withdraw their money within 5 years.
