The fund is a money-market fund. The fund aims to maintain the value of the invested money and to generate a rise in the value of the capital in line with the money-market interest rate. We invest in money-market instruments which we assess as belonging to the two highest categories for short-term ratings with regard to their credit quality, based on the appraisal by recognised rating agencies or our internal rating assessment. If the money-market instruments are issued or guaranteed by a state, a federal state, an administrative district or comparable German or foreign central, regional or local authority, an "investment grade" rating is also sufficient. We may also acquire bank deposits and derivatives for hedging purposes. Up to 10% of the fund's assets may be used to acquire other money-market funds. The weighted average fixed-interest period may not exceed 6 months, while the weighted average residual term to maturity may not exceed 12 months. No emerging-market assets are acquired. There is no currency risk against the Euro. Benchmark of the fund is 1-month Libid Euro. We have discretion to deviate from the benchmark. You may redeem shares of the fund usually on each business day. We usually distribute the income of the fund on a yearly basis. Derivatives may be used to offset exposure to price fluctuations (hedging), to take advantage of price differences between two or more markets (arbitrage) or to multiply gains although it may also multiply losses (leverage).
