Long-term capital growth by investing in global Equity Markets with a focus on companies that contribute to one or more United Nations' SDGs, and hence create positive outcomes for environment and society. Min. 70% of Sub-Fund assets are invested in companies that contribute to one or more United Nations' SDGs. Companies with an engagement in one or more SDGs are companies which offer products and solutions across the themes of affordable healthcare, education, energy transition, food security, financial inclusion, water and waste management as targeted by the SDG No. 1 to No. 17. Max. 30% of Sub-Fund assets may be invested in Equities other than described in the investment objective. Max. 25% of Sub-Fund assets may be held directly in time deposits and/or (up to 20% of Sub-Fund assets) in deposits at sight and/or invested in money market instruments and/or (up to 10% of Sub-Fund assets) in money market funds for liquidity management. Max. 10% of Sub-Fund assets may be invested in target funds (UCITS and/or UCI). Max. 10% of Sub-Fund assets may be invested in convertible debt securities and/or in contingent convertible bonds. Max. 5.00% of Sub-Fund assets may be invested in Emerging Markets. Sub-Fund classifies as “equity-fund” according to German Investment Tax Act (GITA). The Sub-Fund has Sustainable Investment as its objective. Sub-Fund's pre-contractual template describes all relevant information about the Sustainable Investment's scope, details, and requirements and applied exclusion criteria. Min. 80% of Sub-Fund's portfolio is invested in issuers which pursue business activities that contribute with a minimum of 20% to one or more SDGs and/or Taxonomy objectives. For the remaining 20% (or less) of the Sub-Fund's portfolio, each respective issuer shall have a minimum share of 5.00% to one or more SDGs and/or Taxonomy Objectives. The basis for the calculation of the 80% threshold is the Sub-Fund's net asset value except instruments for which no sustainable investment share can reasonably be calculated, e.g. cash, derivatives and deposits. For issuers whose business activities amount to a Sustainable Investment share of at least 20% and who are transitioning or are already aligned with a Net Zero pathway, Sub-Fund's Investment Manager increases the calculated Sustainable Investment share allocated to the issuer in question by 20 percentage points. Min. 80% of Sub-Fund assets will be invested in Sustainable Investments. The minimum percentage of investments that are aligned with an environmental objective is 10% of Sub-Fund assets. The minimum percentage of investments that are aligned with a social objective is 10% of Sub-Fund assets. The minimum percentage of investments that are aligned with the EU Taxonomy is 0.01% of Sub-Fund assets. We manage this Sub-Fund in reference to a Benchmark. Sub-Fund's Benchmark plays a role for the Sub-Fund's performance objectives and measures. We follow an active management approach with the aim to outperform the Benchmark. Although our deviation from the investment universe, weightings and risk characteristics of the Benchmark is likely to be material in our discretion, the minority of the Sub-Fund's investments (excluding derivatives) may consist of components of the Benchmark. Benchmark: MSCI World Total Return Net (in GBP). You may redeem shares of the Fund usually on each business day. Allianz Global Investors GmbH reserves the right to restrict the redemption of shares under certain circumstances (e.g., increased redemption requests) or to suspend the redemption of shares in exceptional circumstances. We usually distribute the income of the Fund on a yearly basis. Recommendation: this Fund may not be appropriate for investors who plan to withdraw their money within 5 years.
