Allspring (Lux) Worldwide Fund - EUR Investment Grade Credit Fund A EUR Inc

The fund aims to seek total return, maximizing investment income while preserving capital, by investing in Euro-denominated credit debt securities rated investment grade, issued by sovereign or corporate issuers. The fund also promotes environmental and social characteristics but does not have a sustainable investment objective.

The fund invests at least two-thirds of its total assets in Euro-denominated credit debt securities rated investment grade, up to one-third in currency-hedged non-Euro-denominated debt securities, debt securities rated below investment grade, agencies, and asset-backed securities including mortgage-backed securities. The fund may also invest up to 5% of its total assets in contingent convertible bonds and at least 5% in Green, Sustainable, Sustainable-linked, and Social Bonds.

The fund may use futures, forward contracts, options, swap agreements, and other derivatives for hedging, efficient portfolio management, or investment purposes. The fund's investments may deviate significantly from the components and weightings in the benchmark, and there is a risk associated with investing in debt securities rated below investment grade and contingent convertible bonds.
