At least 75% of the fund’s assets are allocated to these stocks, focusing on businesses that have diverse leadership, such as having women on their boards. Additionally, up to 10% of the fund can be invested in short-term debt securities through regulated funds or directly, providing a balanced and diversified portfolio.
