AMUNDI FUND SOLUTIONS - BUY AND WATCH HIGH INCOME BOND 01/2025 - A EUR (C)

The objective of this Sub-Fund is to achieve income and capital appreciation over the recommended holding period by investing mainly in a diversified portfolio of sub-Investment Grade or Investment Grade corporate debt and debt-related instruments, or debt and debt-related instruments issued by any government, supranational bodies, local authorities or international public bodies, Money Market Instruments and cash denominated in Euro, GBP and US dollar.

The Sub-Fund may invest up to 50% of its assets in Emerging Markets and its investments may include subordinated bonds, senior bonds, preferred securities, convertible securities, contingent convertible bonds, and corporate hybrid bonds. It may also invest up to 20% of its assets in callable bonds maturing after the Maturity Date and up to 10% of its assets in other UCIs and UCITS. The Sub-Fund may use derivatives for risk reduction, portfolio management, and gaining exposure to various assets, markets, or income streams.

Investors should be aware of the increased risks associated with investing in Emerging Markets and sub-Investment Grade securities as outlined in the Special Risk Considerations section at the end of the Prospectus. Additionally, the Sub-Fund's maturity date is set for 13th January 2025, at which point the fund will be liquidated and the net proceeds distributed among shareholders.
