The objective of this Sub-Fund is to achieve income and capital appreciation over the recommended holding period by investing mainly in a diversified portfolio of corporate debt, government bonds, Money Market Instruments, and cash denominated in Euro, GBP, and US dollar.

The Sub-Fund may invest up to 50% of its assets in Emerging Markets and its investments may include subordinated bonds, senior bonds, preferred securities, and convertible securities. It may also use derivatives for risk reduction and efficient portfolio management.

Investors should be aware of the increased risks associated with investing in Emerging Markets and sub-Investment Grade securities as outlined in the Special Risk Considerations section at the end of the Prospectus. Additionally, the Sub-Fund may invest in callable bonds and other UCIs and UCITS, which may introduce additional risks to the portfolio.
