The Sub-Fund aims to achieve long-term capital growth by investing at least 75% of its net assets in equities issued by companies headquartered or doing substantial business in Europe, with a focus on ESG characteristics.

The Sub-Fund is actively managed with a reference to outperform the MSCI Europe Index. It predominantly invests in issuers of the Benchmark but has discretionary management that may lead to exposure to issuers not included in the Benchmark. The Sub-Fund integrates Sustainability Factors in its investment process and uses a factor-based approach to select equities based on factors such as Momentum, Value, Size, Low Volatility, and Quality.

The Sub-Fund is exposed to market risk arising from investments in European equities. Important risks include credit risk, liquidity risk, counterparty risk, and operational risk.
