The Sub-Fund aims to increase the value of investments over the recommended holding period by mainly investing in a broad range of equities of companies based in or doing most of their business in the U.S.A.

It is mainly exposed to issuers of the Benchmark but also includes discretionary exposure to issuers not included in the Benchmark. The Sub-Fund integrates Sustainability Factors in its investment process and uses a "growth" style of investing driven by fundamental research.
