The Fund will invest on a global basis and investments in emerging markets are not expected to exceed 35% of the net asset value of the Fund.  Potential investments are screened against certain negative “socially responsible” criteria. Such criteria may include, but are not limited to, avoiding investment in companies which are involved in the production of tobacco; production of controversial weapons; production of certain fossil fuels; violations of human rights; environmental damage; and/or corporate corruption.  The Investment Manager has discretion over the assets held within the Fund. The Fund is managed in reference to a benchmark MSCI ACWI (Net) Index, as it aims to outperform the benchmark and such performance is compared to the benchmark in marketing materials. Investments for the portfolio are not specifically selected from the constituents of the benchmark, hence the Fund's investment policy is in no way constrained and the degree of deviation may be significant.  In the event that the Investment Manager believes that significant market falls could occur, the Fund may sell investments and hold a high proportion of cash or holdings similar to cash.  Any income arising from the Fund will be re-invested and increase the share price of the Fund.  The minimum recommended holding period for the Fund is five years.  You may purchase/redeem shares in the Fund on any day that is a business day both in Dublin and London.
