General Objective
The objective of the fund is to offer returns in line with money market rates and preserve the value of the investment. It is a Short-Term Variable Net Asset Value (VNAV) Money Market Fund actively managed to invest in fixed and floating rate instruments priced in Euro.
Fund Exposure
The fund seeks to invest in fixed and floating rate instruments including commercial paper, term deposits, floating rate notes, certificates of deposit, promissory notes, debentures, asset-backed securities, and bonds issued or guaranteed by sovereign governments, supranational entities, corporations, and financial institutions. It may also invest up to 10% of its Net Asset Value in other Short Term Money Market Funds.
Risks
While the fund aims to maintain a very high degree of safety by managing investments to ensure a minimum AAA credit rating, this may result in lower income compared to higher risk investments. The fund does not guarantee capital and is not equivalent to a deposit account.
