Aviva Investors Global Climate Aware Equity Fund 1

The Fund aims to provide an average annual net return greater than the MSCI® All Country World Index over a 5 year rolling period by investing in global companies responding to climate change and providing solutions to mitigate climate change or help communities adapt to its impacts.

At least 90% of the Fund will be invested in shares of global companies responding to climate change, including those in emerging markets. The Fund may also invest in other shares meeting eligibility criteria, funds, cash, and deposits. Derivatives may be used for efficient portfolio management.

The Fund is actively managed with a focus on companies responding to climate change, which may present risks associated with mispriced climate change risks. Companies must meet specific criteria related to solutions or transition to be eligible for investment. Fossil fuel exclusions are in place, and the Fund's performance is measured against the Index with an expected tracking error of 2% to 6%.
