General Objective
The Sub-Fund seeks to achieve primarily high attractive income and secondly capital growth by investing in US high yield debt securities over a medium-term period.
Fund Exposure
The Sub-Fund is actively managed without reference to any benchmark in order to capture opportunities in the US high yield debt market. It invests in high yield fixed or floating rate bonds primarily issued by corporates domiciled in the US with an expected life term or redemption inferior to 3 years. The Sub-Fund may also hold distressed and defaulted securities up to 10% of net assets.

The Sub-Fund is subject to various risks, including counterparty risk, liquidity risk, and credit risk. Counterparty risk involves the risk of bankruptcy or insolvency of any of the Sub-Fund's counterparties.
