Baillie Gifford Worldwide Pan-European Fund Class A CHF Acc

The fund aims to maximize total returns by investing primarily in shares of companies in Europe that meet environmental, social, and governance criteria, while excluding companies from certain industries and those inconsistent with the principles of the United Nations Global Compact for Business.

The fund will invest at least 90% in shares of companies in Europe, considering sustainability through indicators such as the long-term strategic direction, culture of a company, capital allocation skill of management teams, and alignment of interests of customers, employees, and outside shareholders. Investments will be selected following application of business activity-based exclusions and norms-based evaluation.

The fund has exposure to foreign currencies, and changes in exchange rates can cause the value of investments to fall as well as rise. Market conditions can change rapidly, and the value of investments, as well as any income, can fall as well as rise. The fund's ESG investment policy limits the type of companies it can hold, potentially resulting in different returns compared to funds with no such restrictions.
