Baloise Fund Invest (Lux) - BFI Real Estate and Infrastructure Select N CHF

The fund aims to achieve capital growth and income by indirectly investing in real estate and infrastructure assets on a global scale, in line with the conditions of the international financial markets.

The fund invests globally in real estate equity funds and stocks of publicly traded companies that own, develop, or manage real estate. It may also invest in global equities and bonds of infrastructure companies. The fund may allocate up to 100% of its net assets in shares of UCITS and/or up to 30% in shares of other UCIs.

The fund may be exposed to risks such as currency fluctuations and market volatility. It does not invest in Asset Backed Securities and Mortgage Backed Securities for direct investments. Additionally, investments may be made in currencies other than the fund's accounting currency, which is EUR. The fund is actively managed without reference to a benchmark index, making it suitable for dynamic investors with a growth-oriented investment horizon of over 5 years.
