The fund aims to achieve returns that closely track the performance of the MSCI World ESG Leaders Net Return EUR Index, which is used for informational and comparative purposes. The fund focuses on investing in companies related to energy efficiency, transportation, industrial automation, renewable energy, and water and waste management.

The fund will invest a minimum of 75% of its total exposure in equities of companies involved in improving energy and transportation efficiency, electricity storage, industrial automation, and other environmentally friendly sectors. The remaining exposure will be in public or private fixed income securities, including green, social, or sustainable bonds, or high ESG-rated issuers. The fund will primarily invest in OECD/EU issuers/markets, with a maximum of 10% exposure to emerging markets or non-OECD issuers/markets.

The fund may invest in lower-cap stocks and lower credit quality bonds, which could negatively impact liquidity. Additionally, investments in assets with higher risk characteristics, such as lower liquidity or issuer type, may introduce greater risk compared to other investments in the portfolio. The fund also has the flexibility to use derivatives for hedging and investment purposes, which may introduce additional risks.
