The Sub-Fund aims to generate real positive returns for the Shareholders within 3 years by mainly investing in fixed income securities issued by corporate bodies, governments, or other entities of varying maturities with a minimum rating of BBB-.

The Sub-Fund is exposed to fixed income securities, including convertible bonds and bonds with warrants, with a maximum allocation of 15% in non-investment grade bonds and 15% in non-rated bonds. It may also hold equities temporarily up to 5% of its net assets and invest in distressed or default securities up to 5% of Total Net Assets.

The Sub-Fund is subject to various risks including credit risk, counterparty risk, emerging and frontiers markets risk, operational risk, liquidity risk, interest rate risk, risks linked to the use of financial derivatives, and currency risk. Additionally, the Sub-Fund has ongoing charges of 1.29% and an entry charge of 3.00%.
