BBGI Swiss Physical Gold is a fund that primarily invests in physical gold and gold-related financial instruments to achieve long-term performance similar to or exceeding that of physical gold. The fund holds high-purity gold in the form of large standard bars (around 12.5 kg) as well as smaller 1 kg and 500 g bars, all with a minimum purity of 995/1000. In addition to physical gold, the fund utilizes gold-based derivatives such as futures contracts, options, and forwards that are traded on public exchanges. These financial instruments help manage short-term price fluctuations while aiming to enhance the overall performance of the gold investments.
