The remaining investments are placed in both public and private fixed income assets, including liquid money market instruments and deposits. Additionally, up to half of the portfolio is dedicated to financial instruments related to credit risk, inflation, currencies, commodities, or market volatility. The fund also maintains a portion of its assets as active hedges to protect against extreme market events and systemic risks.
