The BBVA Strategic Allocation Fund actively manages a diverse portfolio aimed at capital growth by investing in a balanced mix of fixed income securities and equities. Up to 80% of the fund is allocated to various fixed income instruments, including government and corporate bonds, while ensuring that no more than 10% is invested in asset-backed or mortgage-backed securities. Additionally, up to half of the assets are held in highly liquid, investment-grade instruments, and up to 20% may be directed toward lower-rated or unrated fixed income securities from developed markets. The fund also includes equity investments and absolute return strategies through direct holdings and financial derivatives, providing a comprehensive approach to diversification and risk management.
