General Objective
The Fund aims to achieve an income on your investment without sacrificing long term capital growth in a manner consistent with the principles of sustainable and environmental, social and governance (ESG) focused investing.
Fund Exposure
The Fund invests globally at least 70% of its total assets in fixed income securities, including bonds and money market instruments. These securities may be denominated in various currencies and issued by governments, government agencies, companies, and supranationals, including those domiciled in emerging market countries. The Fund may invest in a full range of fixed income securities, including investment grade, non-investment grade, and unrated.
Risks
This Fund may not be appropriate for short-term investment. The Fund is actively managed, and the investment adviser has discretion to select the Fund's investments without reference to a benchmark. Additionally, the Fund's performance may be affected by currency differences as shares are bought and sold in Euro while the base currency is US Dollar. The Fund aims to reduce the effect of exchange rate fluctuations through hedging, but this strategy may not completely eliminate currency risk and could impact the performance of shares.
