General Objective
The Fund aims to maximize the return on investment through a combination of capital growth and income on the Fund's assets in a manner consistent with the principles of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) investing.
Fund Exposure
The Fund invests at least 70% of its total assets in the equity securities of companies domiciled in, or the main business of which is in the United States. The Fund may invest in equity securities of companies that are undervalued or have good growth potential. The Fund is actively managed and the investment adviser has discretion to select investments, with reference to the Russell 1000 Index for risk management purposes.

This Fund may not be appropriate for short-term investment. The Fund may use financial derivative instruments for investment purposes, which may generate varying amounts of market leverage.
