General Objective
The Fund aims to maximize the return on investment through a combination of capital growth and income on the Fund's assets. It invests globally in equity securities of companies primarily involved in the mining and/or production of base and precious metals and/or minerals, without holding physical gold or metal.
Fund Exposure
The Fund is actively managed and the investment adviser has discretion to select investments. The IA will refer to the MSCI ACWI Metals & Mining 30% Buffer 10/40 Index when constructing the Fund's portfolio and for risk management purposes. The IA may also use financial derivative instruments for investment purposes to achieve the Fund's objective, reduce risk, and generate additional income.
