General Objective
The objective of the Fund is to seek capital growth through investing in equity and equity related securities from a broad range of locations and sectors, both in developed and emerging markets.
Fund Exposure
The Fund will have a concentrated portfolio, generally comprising 25 – 35 listed stocks, principally in equities, based on detailed research by the Investment Manager. It is actively managed without reference to a benchmark index and can invest in any market or geographic sector with no particular bias. Aggregate investment in emerging markets shall not exceed 20% of NAV.
Risks
Risks associated with the Fund include market risk, currency risk, liquidity risk, and the potential for losses due to the use of financial derivative instruments (FDI) for up to 100% of its NAV. Additionally, there is a risk of underperformance compared to the IA Global Sector benchmark.
