The objective of this fund is to outperform global equity markets over a long-term period (minimum of five years) by investing in international equities involved in the entire education ecosystem, while integrating Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) criteria in the investment process.

To achieve its objective, this fund is exposed to securities of companies involved in Educational Technology, School, College & University management, Student Accommodations, Education Financing, Publishers & Content production, Career Development/Recruitment, Educational Supplies & Services, and all related activities. The fund is invested for at least 75% of its assets in equity and equity equivalent securities of any country, without constraints of capitalization. It may also invest in China A shares via Stock Connect within a maximum of 25% of its assets.

The major risks associated with this fund include credit risk, liquidity risk, counterparty risk, and the use of financial derivatives instruments that might increase or decrease the capacity of the portfolio to amplify market movements.
