Credit Suisse Investment Partners (Lux) Global Investment Grade Convertible Bond Fund UBH CHF

The Fund invests at least two-thirds of its assets in convertible bonds, convertible notes, warrant bonds, options on bonds (warrants) and similar securities with option rights, which have a minimum credit rating of BBB- (Standard & Poor’s) or Baa3 (Moody’s) of public, semi-public and private issuers worldwide and irrespective of currency. This Fund aims to outperform the return of the Thomson Reuters Global CB Index Inv. Grade benchmark. The Fund is actively managed. The benchmark is used as a reference point for portfolio construction. The majority of the Fund’s exposure to bonds will refer to, and have weightings derived from, the benchmark. The Investment Manager may use its discretion to invest in bonds not included in the Benchmark in order to take advantage of specific investment opportunities. It is thus expected that the performance of the Fund will materially deviate from the Benchmark. The Fund may use derivatives to achieve the above aims. The Fund uses derivatives to reduce the impact of changes in currency exchange rates on the performance for this Share Class. The investor can buy or sell shares of the Fund on a daily basis, as further defined in the prospectus. This Share Class does not make distributions. The Fund shall bear the costs of standard brokerage and bank charges incurred by the Fund through securities transactions in relation to the portfolio. These charges are not included in the "Charges" section of this document.
