Credit Suisse Wealth Funds 1 - Credit Suisse Carmignac Emerging Markets Multi-Asset Fund B USD

This Mixed Fund is actively managed aiming to achieve a return of 1 month USD Libor + 5% over the medium term. In order to reach its objective, the Fund invests mainly in Emerging Market countries. Investments are made in equities, equity type securities and, debt instruments such as, but not limited to, fixed rate bonds, zero bonds, floating rate notes and perpetual bonds issued by governments, semi-private and private issuers. The Fund invests without being restricted to a certain currency, industrial sector or rating of the issuer. If considered to be in the best interest of shareholders, the Fund can hold up to 100% of its net assets in cash and money market instruments. In order to reach its objective, the Fund can use derivative instruments to protect against movements in currencies and security prices and for efficient portfolio management. The investor can buy or sell shares on a daily basis (Luxembourg bank business days). This Share Class does not make regular distributions. The Fund shall bear the costs of standard brokerage and bank charges incurred by the Fund through securities transactions in relation to the portfolio. These charges are not included in the "Charges" section of this document.
