Objectives and investment policy The Fund invests at least two thirds of its assets worldwide in equities and equity-type securities issued by companies active in the field of edutainment. The Fund has sustainable investments as a primary investment objective (within the meaning of Article 9 of Regulation (EU) 2019/2088). The objective is attained through a dedicated investment process focusing on investments in themes and sectors whose economic activities address specific ESG challenges. This Fund is actively managed aiming to outperform the return of the MSCI World ESG Leaders (NR) benchmark, which is used as a reference point for portfolio construction, as a basis for setting risk constraints, to attain the sustainable investment objective and/or for Performance Fee measurement purposes. The majority of the Fund’s equity securities will not necessarily be components of or have weightings derived from the benchmark. The Investment Manager will use its discretion to significantly deviate the weighting of certain components of the Benchmark and to significantly invest in companies or sectors not included in the benchmark in order to take advantage of specific investment opportunities. It is thus expected that the performance of the Fund will significantly deviate from the benchmark. The Fund uses derivatives to reduce the impact of changes in currency exchange rates on the performance for this Share Class. The investor can buy or sell shares of the Fund on a daily basis, as further defined in the prospectus. This Share Class does not make distributions. The Fund shall bear the costs of standard brokerage and bank charges incurred by the Fund through securities transactions in relation to the portfolio. These charges are not included in the "Charges" section of this document.
