The CT High Yield Bond Fund is actively managed to generate income by primarily investing in high-yield, below investment grade bonds issued by companies worldwide in euros and sterling. At least two-thirds of the fund's assets are allocated to these lower-rated corporate bonds, while the remaining investments may include bonds in other currencies, various credit qualities, government and quasi-government bonds, as well as cash, deposits, and other managed funds. This diversified approach aims to outperform a specific high-yield bond index over three-year periods by carefully selecting and managing a broad range of fixed-income securities.
