Dimensional Emerging Mkts Core Eqty focuses on investing in shares of companies that have a significant presence in emerging markets. The portfolio includes companies listed on major stock exchanges in selected emerging countries, as well as global depositary receipts of firms that derive at least half of their revenues, profits, or assets from emerging markets, or conduct most of their business there while being traded on developed markets. The fund tends to emphasize smaller, highly profitable, and value-oriented companies, selecting stocks that are priced below their accounting value to maximize investment growth and income potential.
