The fund primarily invests in shares of companies listed on the principal stock exchanges in selected European countries, focusing on a broad and diverse group of smaller sized companies. The composition of the fund may be adjusted based on various considerations such as liquidity management, size, value, profitability, and investment characteristics.

Risks associated with the fund include exposure to European countries considered to be emerging markets (limited to 20% of net assets), as well as the use of financial contracts or instruments (derivatives) to manage risk, reduce costs, or improve returns. Additionally, income is normally distributed annually, and investors have the option to sell their investment in the fund on demand on a daily basis.
