Dimensional Global Short Fixed Income Lower Carbon ESG Screened Fund GBP Accumulation

The fund aims to maximize total returns from the universe of debt instruments in which it invests, seeking to generate both income and capital appreciation. It is actively managed without reference to a benchmark, investing mainly in debt issued by governmental, quasi-governmental, governmental agency, supranational agency issuers, and companies from developed countries that are considered sustainable investments.

The fund primarily invests in debt instruments such as bonds, commercial paper, bank and corporate debt, with a focus on securities rated in the lower half of the investment grade spectrum. It may hold more lower quality securities when the returns warrant such investments, while decreasing its exposure when the returns and level of risk do not justify the investment. The fund also considers sustainability impact when making investment decisions, excluding or underweighting securities of less sustainable companies and overweighting securities of more sustainable companies.
