The fund aims to increase the value of investments over the long term and earn income. It is actively managed without reference to a benchmark, primarily investing in shares of companies traded in developed and/or emerging markets.

The fund has a greater allocation to shares of smaller sized companies, value companies, and/or companies generating high profits compared to their representation in the general equity market universe. It may adjust its composition based on factors such as liquidity management, size, value, profitability, and environmental and sustainability impact considerations.

Risks associated with the fund include exposure to emerging markets countries (up to 20% of net assets), the use of futures and foreign currency contracts, and financial derivatives for risk management, cost reduction, or return improvement. Income is accumulated into the value of the investment, and investors have the option to sell their investment on demand on a daily basis.
