E.I. Sturdza Funds plc - Strategic US Opportunities Fund M GBP Accumulating

The investment objective of the Fund is to achieve long term capital growth through a fundamental long only equity strategy investing primarily in a portfolio of listed equities. The portfolio will have a bias towards US-quoted stocks, spanning all market caps and sectors but typically having an emphasis towards small and mid-cap “owner-operated” publicly traded companies, held through a combination of direct investment and/ or derivative positions. The Fund's portfolio will consist of direct investments in 20-50 listed companies (typical range expected to be between 25-35). Pursuant to the EU's Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 ('SFDR'), this Fund is classified as an Article 8 fund that promotes environmental or social characteristics. The Fund will have an averaged ESG score higher than the averaged ESG score of its initial investment universe. The global exposure or leverage created through the use of derivatives, calculated using the Commitment Approach, will not exceed 100% of Net Asset Value. Shares in the class are hedged to the Fund's base currency. The Fund is actively managed, with reference to the Morningstar US Small Cap Extended NR USD Index (the “Index”) for performance monitoring and calculation of performance fees. The Investment Adviser is not subject to constraints in terms of deviation from the index composition, the degree of deviation from the Index therefore may be significant. You can buy and sell your shares in the Fund on a daily basis. The M GBP shares are accumulating, as such income from the Fund's investments will be included in the value of the shares rather than being paid as a dividend. This Fund is deemed appropriate for investors who plan to invest for the medium to long term.
