Management objective: The Sub-fund aims to achieve optimal long-term growth of your capital. The Sub-fund is actively managed. Benchmark index: None Investment policy: The Sub-fund invests mainly in shares of small, medium and large companies that have their registered office in a European country and whose shares are listed on a stock exchange in Europe or on a “regulated market”. A regulated market is a market that is regulated, operating regularly, recognised and open to the public. The Sub-fund may also invest, on an ancillary basis, in shares of companies whose registered office is not in a European country, in companies that are not listed for trading or on a regulated market, bonds, money market instruments, “alternative management” funds (alternative management is a type of management in which the market responsiveness of investments may be higher than or equal to that of equities) or in “derivatives”. A derivative is a financial instrument whose value will fluctuate depending on the rate or the price of a product called the underlying product. An underlying product is, for example, a share, a bond or commodities. A derivative has a market responsiveness that may be higher than or equal to that of shares. The Sub-fund primarily buys units of other funds whose portfolios are comprised of securities targeted by its investment policy. On an ancillary basis, the Sub-fund may also invest directly in these securities. The Sub-Fund may use different techniques and different financial instruments in order to protect your capital and ensure that it is well managed. The maximum expected level of leverage for the Sub-fund is as follows: Pursuant to the commitment method: 125% of the Net Asset Value of the Sub-fund. The Sub-fund may also invest directly in equities, and in bonds issued by private or public issuers.
