Ellipsis Disruption Convertible Fund IEUR

The Ellipsis Disruption Convertible Fund UCITS aims to generate an average annual performance that exceeds that of the capitalised €STR, plus 5%, through active directional management on international convertible bonds over a recommended investment period of 5 years. The Fund has no benchmark and focuses on outperforming the €STR index.

The Fund primarily invests in securities exposed to the "disruption" theme, focusing on companies involved in structural changes related to technological innovation, societal issues, or regulatory changes. The investment strategy is based on discretionary management that favors stock picking based on financial and extra-financial criteria. The Fund is exposed to international convertible bonds, emerging markets, and may also invest in equities and capital securities.

The Fund's investment strategy involves credit risk analysis to ensure the sustainability of the issuer's financial and business model.
