Evli Equity Factor Europe invests primarily in the stocks of large European companies, selecting them based on four key factors: value, low volatility, momentum, and quality. The fund actively manages its portfolio to outperform the MSCI Europe Total Return Index by focusing on companies with strong financial health and growth potential while avoiding industries such as weapons, alcohol, tobacco, thermal coal mining, gambling, and adult entertainment. Additionally, it excludes companies with poor environmental, social, and governance (ESG) ratings or significant ESG controversies. To enhance its investment strategy, the fund may also use derivatives.
