Evli European Investment Grade primarily holds euro-denominated bonds issued by a wide array of European companies and banks with investment-grade ratings of Baa3/BBB‑ or higher. The fund maintains an average bond duration of three to six years and includes up to 15% of its portfolio in bonds without official credit ratings. To minimize individual issuer risk, it diversifies its investments across many different issuers. Additionally, the fund uses derivatives for hedging and follows responsible investment practices by excluding industries like controversial weapons, tobacco, alcohol, gambling, adult entertainment, and fossil fuels.
