The fund aims to pay you an income and increase the value of your investment over a period of 5 years or more.The fund will invest at least 70% in companies in the real estate industry globally. The fund has full discretion in its choices of investments within its objectives and policies.Income from the fund is either paid out to you or it is used to buy you more shares in the fund.As the fund aims to generate an income, some charges will be taken from the fund rather than the income generated by the fund.
